1、 Problem of lining plate detachment
The service life of wear-resistant ceramic lining plates is very long, but occasionally the lining plates may become loose or even fall off during use. The main reason for this problem is the fixing method of the lining plate. For example, ordinary wear-resistant ceramic adhesives may experience a decrease or even disappearance in viscosity in high-temperature environments above 350 ℃, which can lead to ceramic detachment. For this working environment, in areas with high impact forces, we can use ceramic rubber composite lining plates to enhance impact resistance.
