Ceramic Rubber Composite Lining Plate is a special ceramic sheet embedded into the special rubber through a vulcanization process to form a square wear-resistant rubber ceramic composite body, and then fixed to the inner shell steel plate of the equipment by welding or pasting to form a strong and cushioning Wear layer.

Ceramic Rubber Composite Lining Plate fixed way:
(1) According to the drawings, weld bolts are installed on the back steel plate of the product, and the bolts are fixed to the reserved holes of the equipment during installation, and the nuts can be tightened to complete.
(2) Directly mount and weld the steel plate on the equipment substrate.
(3) Reserve bolt holes in the lining board according to the installation position of the equipment substrate. After the lining board is installed with the movable bolts, use a high-strength adhesive to cover the wear-resistant ceramics at the openings.
Adhesive is a polymer liquid adhesive specially designed for the adhesion between metal and rubber. It does not require heating and pressure curing when used, and it can be quickly adhered on site.
The adhesive has the advantages of high strength, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, and aging resistance.
