Self-spreading wear-resistant pipe is manufactured by using self-spreading combustion high-temperature synthesis plus centrifugal casting, placing the steel pipe in the pipe mold of the centrifuge, adding a mixture of iron oxide powder and aluminum powder to the steel pipe, this mixture is called aluminum thermite in chemistry. The sintered material is thrown to the inner wall of the steel pipe by centrifugal force and solidified in layers, forming corundum porcelain layer, iron transition layer and outer steel pipe layer from inside to outside, and the inner wall of the pipe formed at last is generally gray-black.

Self-spreading wear-resistant pipe has the characteristics of high strength, high toughness, impact resistance, abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance.
Ceramic lined wear-resistant pipe is made of high-temperature resistant strong adhesive to paste alumina ceramic pieces on the inner wall of the pipe, and then formed a solid anti-wear layer after curing by heating. The production process is simple, the cost is a little higher, and the use temperature generally cannot exceed 100 degrees.
