Wear-resisting ceramic pipe is mainly used in power plant, steel plant, cement plant and other heavy wear industries，used for conveying powder liquid gas, etc. There are strict steps and requirements for the paste of ceramic lining of the pipe.

1. Dust removal and polishing. Before paste the ceramic,the pipe fittings should be moved to a safe place for construction, cleaned and then polished, remove the rust oxide until iron white is exposed,grinding can start.
2. Cleaning. After polishing, tiles can not be directly pasted, it also need to clean the polishing area,use thinner (such as alcohol and acetone, etc.) to clean the polishing area and remove dust.
3. Mixed the glue. the ratio of main glue and curing is 2:1, preparation needs to be fully stirred and mixed evenly. In order to avoid adhesive solidification, resulting in waste, try to use it within half an hour.
4. Glue coating should be comprehensive and uniform. Glue coating not only covers the polished metal parts, but also spreads to 5 surfaces of the ceramic(front and 4 sides),Make sure the glue covers the surface evenly.
5. After the glue is applied, paste immediately,and cut the glue along the tile gap，then press the tiles with a wooden hammer.Make the excess glue flow out of the gap,The gaps between the ceramics also need to be filled with glue and applied evenly.
6. After pasting, if there is no quality problem, you can start curing. The curing time is 24 hours to 48 hours. After curing, it can start running.
