1. Hardfacing layer hardness HRC58-62,

Size can be 1450*2950mm, 3450×1450mm

The thickness is customized according to customer requirements. During the surfacing process, the wear-resistant layer releases the stress by forming small and uniform cracks to maintain the flatness of the entire board surface. The cracks are only limited to the hard layer, and the toughness will not be very good during use. Expanded in Q235B steel plate.


2. Wear-resistant surfacing clad steel plate also has better temperature resistance, higher hardness and oxidation resistance. 


3. Wear-resistant composite plate, the processing performance of composite wear-resistant plate, it can be easily welded with steel structure (carbon steel surface), and can also be assembled with counterbore bolt fastening method and components that need to be strengthened. Carbon arc gouging or plasma cutting and drilling can also be used. It can be bent or rounded. When cold rounding, the small curvature half-warp is 20 times the thickness of the composite plate.
