The 45㎡ chrome carbide wear plate required by our customer has been completed and shipped.
The wear-resistant layer of our chromium carbide overlay wear plate is combined by metallurgy with base steel plate, the wear-resistant layer will melt and penetrate into the substrate 1-2mm, and the maximum metallurgical bond strength test data is 350Mpa.
Our company conducted tests in accordance with ASTM-G65A dry sand abrasion test surface wear and 75% deep wear test. The performance shows the abrasion resistance of our products is more than 20 times that of low-carbon steel and more than 8 times that of heat-treated wear-resistant steel.
