Our company has strong technical force, complete detection means and our Industrial Ceramics Plate Wear Resisting Liner, Alumina Ceramic Lined Wear Pipe, Rubber Backed Ceramic Plates quality is well-known in the same industry. Design is the core of everything we create, and each of our teams and departments is committed to providing customers with truly unique and meaningful product experience. The company advocates market-oriented, science and technology for development, service as a guarantee of the purpose, in-depth understanding of customer needs on the basis of innovative products to adapt to the rapid development of the market.

Product Description:

The size of the chromium carbide wear-resistant plate is 1.4 meters × 3.4 meters.  The thickness of the surfacing layer of the wear plate is 3-12mm, and the hardness can reach HRC55-62. The thickness can be determined according to actual needs.

Specifically, during use, the wear plate is fixed to a part that is easily worn on the mold.

This high-carbon high-chromium alloy improves corrosion, wear resistance, and hardness, while also saving time and improving production efficiency. The surface hardness of high-carbon high-chromium alloyed metal materials is greater than 55HRC, and the wear resistance is higher than that of original metal materials. Abrasion resistance is increased by 20 to 40 times.

Wear Chromium Carbide Bimetal Alloy Plate is surface composite layer with high hardness, high wear resistance of high chromium alloy wear layer in the common steel plate or stainless steel plate.

Currently divided into two:

  1. Bright arc welding process, the surface of the wear-resistant layer is full of cracks and passes;

  2. Submerged arc welding process, wear-resistant layer without pass and crack.

    The plate has bimetal properties, that is, the high wear resistance of the working layer and the high plastic toughness of the matrix layer, which provides convenient mechanical connection and welding rod connection conditions for industrial applications. The high chromium lining plate can realize the processing of roller, plasma cutting and mechanical connection.

Market competition requires our company to meet the needs of customers quickly, create new Abrasion Alloy Welded Wear Resistant Chrome Clad Bimetallic Steel Plate and realize the rapid response to market demand. In the global financial crisis, we still ensure the stability of the workforce and promote the cohesion and centripetal force of the enterprise. We support the achievement of strategic goals and create value for our customers.
