Description

CCO Steel Plate With Wear Shock Proof plate is a hypereutectic alloy composite laminate composed of up to 35% chromium carbide alloy metallographic fusion to a suitable steel substrate. The hard alloy with high chromium carbide content makes the wear-resistant steel plate suitable for the environment with severe wear. The surface of the chromium carbide steel plate is very smooth and flat after being applied for some time, making its surface friction coefficient very low.

This characteristic makes it an ideal material for applications where it is suspended upright and subjected to erosion.

The chromium carbide wear-resistant steel plate has a very uniform penetration layer, the adhesion between the composite layer and the substrate is the largest, and the penetration and diffusion is the smallest.  It generally uses medium carbon steel as the substrate. This is easy to shape, especially for complex shapes. And has a unique shock absorption ability.

Hardness: The macroscopic hardness of the alloy layer is HRC58-62, and the carbide hardness is HV1400-1800   

High temperature resistance: <600℃

Impact resistance: The wear-resistant alloy layer is completely metallurgically combined with the base material, and it is resistant to strong impact, without worrying about falling off.

Machinability: welding, cutting, crimping, punching
