Abrasion Resistant CCO Steel Plate is formed by surfacing welding on ordinary steel plate, heat-resistant steel plate, and stainless steel plate with a volume fraction of 50% The above alloy wear-resistant plates mainly composed of Cr7C3 carbides.
Product process of Abrasion resistant CCO steel plate: through carbon electrode arc and special equipment for surfacing welding, it is made by surfacing Cr7C3 carbide on the surface of ordinary steel plate or heat-resistant steel plate and stainless steel plate, and can be produced in different thicknesses according to customer requirements and different working conditions. The wear-resistant layer, due to the arc welding stress dispersion, produces fine cracks on the surface, which will not spread to the substrate and will not affect the wear resistance.

4. High performance and price ratio:
Although the surface cost of the wear-resistant surfacing composite board is increased, the performance and price ratio of the ordinary materials is about 2 to 4 times higher than that of ordinary materials, taking into account the service life of the parts, maintenance costs, and downtime losses. Due to the reasonable use of materials, the price of the wear-resistant surfacing composite board is 50% lower than that of the manual surfacing of the same material.
Processing and useful:
1. Welding
The CCO steel plate substrate is a steel plate with good weldability. When plate is connected to the steel, the back substrate is welded together, CCO steel plate can also be applied to other steel structures.
2. Bolt fixing
The bolts can be welded to the CCO steel plate substrate by flash welding or melt welding, and then connected to the workpiece, or holes can be made on the CCO steel plateand connected to the workpiece by bolts.
3. Plug welding
Open a hole on the plate and connect it to the work by plug welding, and then use the corresponding CCO steel plate brand electrode to weld the front wear-resistant layer.
4. Cutting
Because the surface of plate is welded with high-boron alloy cast iron, flame cutting is not possible. Only plasma cutting machine, laser cutting and electric discharge machining can be used. According to experience, in order to prevent the wear-resistant layer from falling off the substrate during cutting, it is recommended to cut from the substrate surface.
5. Bend
The Abrasion resistant CCO steel plate can be bent into an arc as needed, but it is recommended to bend along the direction of the weld bead, and the bending radius should not be too small. For details, please read the product introduction sheet.
