Rubber ceramic vulcanized composite liners through high temperature vulcanization in a fully automatic vacuum flat vulcanizer. The product is called two-in-one. 

 For the convenience of maintenance or replacement, a steel plate can be added during vulcanization to form a three-in-one rubber-ceramic steel plate.

Product Usage:

It is used as anti-wear lining in material conveying equipment.

Such as mining materials, iron and steel plant weighing coke, charging trolley, drum mixer, power plant coal silo and coal hopper, cement silo and chute.

Technical characteristics:

When installing, use German imported super glue and treatment agent to treat the surface.

1. Wear-resistant ceramic density 3.62g/cm³ Hardness Mohs level 9 Flexural strength 250MPa

Compressive strength 850MPa Thermal expansion coefficient 7.6*10-6℃ Temperature resistance 1770℃

2. Wear resistance 0.07g/c㎡ (980N 1200RPM 900min)

3. Corrosion resistance

Adhesive and steel plate, ceramic bonding force ≥8.5MPa

Rubber hardness 60±5℃ Tensile strength≥12MPa Elongation ≥300%
