Production Process
Vulcanized ceramic rubber wear plate
1.Put the ceramic mosaic or ceramic tiles and natural rubber into the vulcanizing machine to vulcanize to form a ceramic rubber wear plate (referred to as CRW plate). 2. Use wear-resistant, widely used in the steel industry, coal industry, metallurgical transportation and batching system vibration equipment such as vibration feeder, feeder, silo, hopper and other industrial equipment.
3. Physical index elongation ≥250% tensile strength ≥12Mpa; shear strength ≥3Mpa; permanent deformation ≤20%; temperature resistance ≤100 ℃
