Bimetallic Wear-Resistant Composite Plates adopts arts of open arc surfacing wielding self-protection, which have high hardness wear-resistant layer that is wielded on ordinary steel plates, this kind of wear-resistant steel plates have dual metal functionalities, two functions are high wear-resistance of working layers and high elasticity of the base layer. 

Bimetallic Wear-Resistant Composite Steel Plates provide convenience to machinery connection and wield rode connection. They can be curled, wielded, plasma cut and machinery connected.

About Us:

Our company has exclusively introduced wear-resistant welding wires in the same industry that meet the requirements of the latest standards: surfacing hardness of 63 degrees; high wear resistance in high temperature conditions of 500°-600°, and tempering hardness HRC63° remains unchanged. 

The wear resistance is 20-25 times that of low-carbon steel, 5-10 times that of stainless steel and high-manganese steel, and more than 1.5 times that of general high-carbon and high-chromium wear-resistant steel plates. 

It can be curled, and the arc with different bending rates can be curled according to the thickness of the motherboard.
