Chromium carbide alloy surfacing plates are widely used in the mining industry, and ore needs to be processed after being excavated. 

The excavated ore should be further crushed, divided and screened. 

All machines used for the processing of ore will degrade their working ability due to different types of wear. In order to achieve the highest output and achieve the most reasonable service life and cycle cost control, different parts need to be hard surface surfacing and repair with appropriate alloy materials.


Installation

The installation methods for Composite Chromium Carbide Wear Plate are as follows:

1. Welding: The wear-resistant plate is directly welded to the equipment surface or fixed with welding bolts, which is a commonly used installation method.
