Product Description:

Chromium carbide alloy surfacing plates are widely used in the mining industry, and ore needs to be processed after being excavated. 

The excavated ore should be further crushed, divided and screened. 

All machines used for the processing of ore will degrade their working ability due to different types of wear. In order to achieve the highest output and achieve the most reasonable service life and cycle cost control, different parts need to be hard surface surfacing and repair with appropriate alloy materials.


Installation

The installation methods for Composite Chromium Carbide Wear Plate are as follows:

1. Welding: The wear-resistant plate is directly welded to the equipment surface or fixed with welding bolts, which is a commonly used installation method. During the installation process, the mechanical clamps or brackets are first fixed to the equipment surface, and then the wear-resistant plate is fixed to the clamps or brackets.

4. Adhesive method: The wear-resistant plate is fixed to the equipment surface by using adhesive, which is a commonly used installation method for thin and small-size wear-resistant plates. During the installation process, the adhesive is evenly applied to the back of the wear-resistant plate, and then the wear-resistant plate is firmly pressed against the equipment surface.
