Common thickness of steel tube inner wall surfacing layer: 3-6MM.

Chemical composition of the chromium carbide overly wear resistant tube:

Cr:18-30% C: 4-5%  Si:0.5% -1.5% Mn: 0.5% -2.5% Other: ≤2%

The chromium carbide overly wear resistant tube has both excellent abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, impact resistance, vibration resistance, and good toughness. It can be easily connected by welding and bolts.
