Wear-resistant plate, which is a bimetallic composite wear-resistant steel plate, is a plate product designed for use in large-area wear conditions. It is an alloy wear-resistant layer with a volume fraction of 50% or more of Cr7C3 carbide as the main layer overlaid on ordinary steel plates or heat-resistant steel plates or stainless steel plates. The wear-resistant steel plate has high wear resistance, impact resistance, deformability and weldability, and can be processed into engineering parts to meet the needs of wear and tear industries and mines by directly deforming, cutting and punching like steel plates.
Application
