Description

Bimetallic Wear Resistant Plate is consist of wear resistant low carbon plate and layber wear resistant plate.The hardfacing layer plate thickness is 1/3 or 1/2 thickness of total thickness.The layber mainly consist of high chromium ,manganese,molybdenum,niobium,nickel and others components.Bimetallic Wear Resistant Plate in the high temperature has a strong stability and excelent hardness.It will be used in whithin 500℃.

At present, it is divided into: a open-arc welding process, where the surface of the wear-resistant layer is full of cracks and weld channels; second, a submerged-arc welding process, where the wear-resistant layer is free of weld channels and cracks. This wear-resistant steel plate has bimetallic properties, i.e. high wear resistance of the working layer and high plastic toughness of the base layer, which provides convenient mechanical connection and welding rod connection conditions for industrial applications, allowing processing such as coiling, welding, plasma cutting and mechanical connection.
