Carbide chrome overlay wear steel plate is a composite wear-resisting liner composed of up to 40-60% chromium carbide alloy combined with appropriate steel substrate by means of arc. The material of the surfacing layer is uniform, the appearance is regular, the carbide in the wear-resisting layer microstructure is fibrous distribution, and perpendicular to the surface, the surface hardness can reach HRC63 or above, the hard alloy with high chromium carbide content, wear-resisting composite plate is suitable for extremely serious wear environment. Carbide chrome overlay wear steel plate has excellent wear and corrosion resistantance,extreme hardness and low coefficient of friction.

Aplication Range
1.Bolt fixation: The bolt can be welded to the base material of the steel plate and then connected to other work pieces by welding method, or can be cut in the wear-resistant steel plate and connected to other work pieces by bolts.
2. Welding: The base metal of large area composite steel plate is a steel plate with good weldable performance. When two steel plates are needed to be joined together, the back base metal can be welded together first, and then the corresponding surfacing electrode will be filled to make up the front surfacing layer. Wear-resistant steel plates can also be welded to other steel structures
3. Plug welding: Plasma or carbon arc gouging can be used to make holes in the wear-resistant steel plate, and other steel structural parts can be connected by plug welding.

Our company conducted tests in accordance with ASTM-G65A（ASTM is the standard of the American Materials and Testing Association）dry sand abrasion test surface wear and 75% deep wear test.
The performance shows the abrasion resistance of our products is more than 20 times that of low-carbon steel and more than 8 times that of heat-treated wear-resistant steel.
