1、Good impact resistance
Wear-resistant composite steel plate using low carbon steel or low alloy, stainless steel and other tough as the base material, the material of the metal not only has good wear resistance, but also can withstand the impact and wear in the process of conveying from a high fall and so on.
2、Better heat resistance
Alloy wear-resistant layer in the production process added vanadium, molybdenum and other alloy materials, so it can be used and worn at a high temperature of ≤ 800 ℃. Compared with the ordinary carbon steel substrate can only be used below 380℃, low alloy heat resistant steel plate is working below 540℃. This shows how high the heat resistance coefficient of the wear-resistant plate is.
3、Good corrosion resistance
The wear-resistant plate contains a large amount of metallic chromium, so it has good rustproof and anti-corrosion properties. It is especially suitable for the use of coal fall barrels and funnels. It is not only solid and firm, but also can prevent sticking coal.
