Description
Composite wear plate (High chromium alloy wear-resistant plate) usually refers to the amount of chromium containing 20% ~ 30%, and the carbon content of the alloy is 3.5% ~ 5%. It is the distinguishing feature of M7C3 type eutectic carbide microhardness HV1300 ~ 1800, isolated form dispersion in martensite (the most hard tissues in the metal substrate) substrate, reduced the fragmentation of the matrix effect. Therefore, high-chromium alloy liners have high strength, toughness and wear resistance, and their performance represents the highest level of metal wear materials. It has been widely used in cement large ball mills abroad, and the general service life (one silo) is in 6 ~ 8 years, showing good wear resistance.
