The ceramic rubber lining plate combines the wear resistance of 92% Al2O3 ceramics and the impact resistance of rubber, which can effectively protect. The density of ceramic is only half of that of steel, so the ceramic rubber lining can greatly reduce the load of the equipment.
It has 2 forms, rubber+ceramic (Two-in-One) & metal+rubber+ceramic (Three-in-One).
Two-in -One lining is fixed on the inner shell of the equipment by pasting to form a strong and buffer wear-resistant layer.
Three-in-One lining is fixed by bolting.
Our Ceramic Rubber Lining normally uses hexagonal ceramics to prevent the ceramics from falling off due to the scouring of the glue seams. In the case that the customer does not specify the requirements, our company generally recommends hexagonal ceramic ceramic rubber linings.In this case, the service life of our ceramic rubber lining is 3-5 times longer.
