The composit plate (also called ceramic rubber wear plate) provides wear and impact protection for the wear area of the equipment pipeline. The wear plate is made of natural rubber and alumina ceramic mosaic/brick after high temperature vulcanization. It can be divided into two types from the installation method. It is directly glued to the wear area with epoxy glue. The other is to add iron plates during the vulcanization process, which can carry welding bolts. In this way, the wear plate can be directly welded to the wear area or fixed with bolts.
The composite plate uses natural rubber and 92% alumina powder fired mosaic or brick. The steel plate is Q235 steel plate, which is usually 6mm thick. Bolts are usually M16*8mm
