The high wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite liner produced by our company is made of Al₂O₃ as the main raw material, and the alumina ceramics fired at a high temperature of 1700°C,which are compounded with rubber through a vulcanization process.
It has Rockwell hardness HRA90.
The ceramic sheet, second only to diamond, also has natural rubber that resists impact and abrasion. Wear resistance and seismic performance far exceed other wear-resistant materials.

The liner is divided into two types:
1. Two in one: ceramic rubber composite liner
2. Three in one: ceramic rubber steel plate composite liner

Features of the high wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite liner:
Good impact resistance: ceramic and rubber compound, rubber acts as a buffer and can effectively absorb the impact force. It can be used in occasions where the material particles are large, the drop is large, and the impact force is relatively large.
2. Non-stick materials: used in the environment where there are severe abrasion and adhesion. The ceramic
surface is smooth, the resistance is small when the material passes, and the material is not bonded.
3. The design is scientific, and the installation is convenient. The liner and the equipment are welded and
bolted to make the reinforced form and the equipment integrated, and never fall off. Moreover, it can be cut
and decomposed, can be assembled by twisting, corrosion resistance, superior chemical performance,
and good stability.
4. The lining board is vulcanized as a whole, and the ceramic rubber steel plate will never delaminate to
ensure the product life. This technology is at the leading domestic level.
