1.    The Al2O3 content in the mosaic ceramic layer of the ceramic patch  tube is greater than 90%, the microhardness is HV1000-1600, and the density is 3.62g/cm3, so it has extremely high wear resistance.

The performance is ten times higher than that of medium carbon steel after quenching, and it is better than tungsten carbide. So the pactch tubes have a good wear resistance.

2.     Ceramic patch is a neutral material with stable chemical properties, excellent corrosion resistance and acid resistance, resistance to various inorganic acids, organic acids, organic solvents, etc., and its corrosion resistance It is more than ten times that of stainless steel.So the pactch tubes have a good corrosion resistance.

3.      The inner ceramic patch is dense corundum, and its linear expansion coefficient is 6-8×10-6/℃. Excellent heat resistance, can withstand temperatures above 2000℃, and can work for a long time in the range of -50℃~900℃.So the patch tubes have a good  heat resistance.

4.     The welding technology: easy to weld, ceramic patch wear-resistant pipe can be connected by welding the outer steel pipe. However, the corresponding straight pipe section is set according to the diameter of the ceramic wear-resistant pipe, in order to reserve the welding temperature during welding to affect the adhesion performance of the ceramic patch.

Generally, a straight pipe section of 5cm is reserved below 600mm in diameter. About 10cm of straight pipes are reserved for diameters above 600mm.Or use flange connection and weld the flange directly to the pipeline.

The conveying material of ceramic patch wear-resistant tube is liquid, and the general conveying medium is powder, granular, wet dust powder.
