Description:
Abrasion Bimetal Carbide Overlay Plate is an alloy wear-resisting layer with volume fraction of more than 50% Cr7C3 carbide formed by surfacing on ordinary steel plate or heat-resistant steel plate and stainless steel plate. Wear-resistant steel plate has high wear resistance, impact resistance, deformable and weldable properties. It can be directly crimped, deformed, cut and punched like steel plate, and processed into engineering parts to meet the wear and tear industry and used for machining various worn parts and lining plates.
Product process:
Abrasion Bimetal Carbide Overlay Plate is made by surfacing high wear-resisting material on ordinary low carbon steel or low alloy steel plate with good plasticity through carbon arc and surfacing professional equipment using powder metallurgy composite technology and hard surfacing technology. Wear-resisting layer of different thickness can be made according to customer requirements and different working conditions. The wear-resisting layer is due to the dispersion of force caused by arc welding. The surface of the micro crack, the crack will not spread to the substrate, does not affect the wear resistance.
