Description
The alloy wear-resisting layer and substrate of Chrome Carbide Plates are bonded by metallurgy. Through special equipment and automatic welding process, the high hardness self-protecting alloy welding wire is uniformly welded on the substrate. The composite layers are one to two or even multiple layers. During the composite process, uniform transverse cracks appear due to the different shrinkage ratio of the alloy, which is a remarkable characteristic of wear-resistant steel plate. Chromium carbide wear-resisting plate is composed of low carbon steel plate and alloy wear-resisting layer of two parts, the anti-wear layer generally accounts for 1/3-1/2 of the total thickness. When working, the matrix provides comprehensive properties such as strength, toughness and plasticity to resist external forces, and the wear-resisting layer provides wear-resisting properties to meet the requirements of specified working conditions.
