Chemical composition:C: 3.5-5.0%, Cr: 15 - 30%, Si 0.5-1.5%, Mn 0.5-2.5%
Hardness: alloy layer macro hardness HRC55-62
Wear resistance: 20-25 times that of low carbon steel, 8-12 times that of stainless steel and high manganese steel, and 1.5 times that of general high carbon high chromium wear resistant steel plate.
High temperature resistance: normal type <500°C; high temperature type <800°C.
Impact resistance : The wear-resistant alloy layer is completely metallurgically combined with the substrate, resists strong impact, and does not have to worry about shedding.
